We recently found a place online where we could buy Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and bought a 4.6kg jar. The Coconoil site is owned by Bamber Watson Associates Limited (bamberwatson@aol.com) Cost us £62.49 GBP which we paid via PayPal.

Organic blanched almonds

Our son drinks almond milk and we found it cheaper to make our own milk at home. We normally buy organic blanched from the Healthy Supplies site.
